Ontario Warriors Shipwreck Cardington Pirates

ONTARIO, OH-  After a disappointing loss to Highland a week ago, the Ontario Warriors got back on track winning big at Copeland Field over the Cardington Pirates to the tune of a 51-14.

The Warriors put up 30-second period points to lead at the break 37-7.  The Warriors were led by quarterback Cameron Todd who ran for 102 yards on eight carries while going 14 of 21 through the air for 339 yards and three touchdowns to Nolan Hatfield and Ethan Pesante.  

Pesante had six receptions for 160 yards and two touchdowns.  Nick Arnold had 11 rushes for 53 yards.  For Cardington, Brandon Goers led the way with 164 yards on 21 carries with one touchdown on a 64-yard run.  

The win improves the Warriors to 2-1, while the loss drops Cardington to 1-2.
